If you wish for us to complete your VAT Returns (safe in the knowledge that they will be completed to the highest standard), we will then reduce your annual accounts fee. Basically, because we are performing the work on a regular basis, we will not need as long to produce your year-end accounts and as such the fee can reduce (the net increase in many cases can be minimal). Other accountants will often keep the annual fee the same and just add an extra amount on for completing the extra VAT work, however we are up front with our clients, we want our clients to trust every aspect of the service we offer.
